Library...

The school hasa well-stocked, open-shelf library to inculcate reading habits among children. The library will also remain open after school hours to encourage students to start a habit of lifelong reading.

We take special care of our slow learners by providing them with remedial (Special help) classes. Our weak students are also provided with extra coaching and have lots of opportunities to develop their skills. They are taken for outings/picnics with their respective tutors to create a special bond between them.

We are confident to predict that technology will never replace the book (though it may well alter its appearance) and value of a Teacher. From Nursery to Grade 7 the Gurukul campus will encourage a love of reading, both for the sheer of joy and for the most useful technological tool in the student's range of skills. In addition to formal (silent) work-stations, the Library-Media Centre not only features real books but also quiet story-telling corners. Our reading material comes from a variety of sources, principally India and other countries.

A library is like an island in the middle of a vast sea of ignorance, particularly if the library is very tall and the surrounding area has been flooded.
